I've been having this issue with connectivity related to Steam, I think it started happening about 20 days ago after upgrading to Windows 10.
So basically I think something is blocking the connection to servers. For example on games with server browsers like Arma 3 or Insurgency, only a couple of servers will show up with a maximum of like 25 if I wait long enough, where before thousands of servers would immediately flood in.
And in the case of Insurgency I can't even join any server, a steam window pops up saying 'Server is not responding'.
However apart from Insurgency (and maybe all Source games for all I know) I can still join and host games without problems.
The upgrade to Win 10 removed my anti virus so I re downloaded Kaspersky Anti-Virus 2015. No idea if it even has anything to do with this.
I've tried adding exceptions in windows firewall and Kasperky but that didn't do anything, so I tried disabling windows firewall, windows defender, Kaspersky and even putting PC in router DMZ but still nothing. I have no idea why this started happening, my setup is exactly the same, the upgrade might have triggered something, I couldn't find anyone else with this problem.
Also a while back I stopped being able to broadcast in Steam, the stream would just not load for anyone anymore, might be related to this or might not.

How to fix the connection for online games? Afetr battles i got a kind of lag its more like when i train and a battle starts it gets stuck and then the battle starts like slow loading to show the battle and it happen on quest also and trying to go into places and also pass four weaks already.A few character got lagging problems and they cant train, do quest,and or try to go into a places with out loading freeze lag.How to fix the connection its not getting better? I have got a new internet and took it to a shop and got a new PC and i have re downloading the game and still doesn't work and i have try on another PC and a laptop and still the same thing. was doing training on 2x and not 2x and some quest. i have lost pets %, and pets amity alot on my reborn pet two times, alot of exp on my character already now from trying to do quest and train and i keep re paying stars to get her back to many times when i am wasting my stars from this and is there a way can be fix this slow loading in training screen to come up and the freezing and quest lag also and places fast.I have also went on others branch and all of them do it and i have been on live support my 5th time on the online games of this and hasn't got fix pass this three weaks how long do i need does any one know how to fix this problem???
