It's so nice to answer that there is an add-on available that I believe is better than the prior 'Producer' product, in retrospect that is how it should have been done in the first place. Then make sure that you have properly activated the Artist version. I have seen issues where a user has either tried the 30 day demo, or have tried Prime, and the old shortcut still remains and opens up Prime. If that is the case, there is an upgrade utility in the help menu when on the start page. That will go out and grab the artist license from your account, and should get everything up and running for you.
